The Stone Home on N. Second is a stone building with each level having its own individual condo unit.
​
The main level condo offers two queen beds, a queen sized sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer/ dryer unit (available for weekly stays)
​
The upper level condo offers two queen beds, a queen sized sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer/ dryer unit(available for weekly stays)____________________________________________________________________________________

Policies:
Check in 3:00 pm. Check out 11:00 am.
​
At this time we are unable to accommodate pets.
​
You must be an adult (18 years of age or older) to book a room and any occupants staying in a unit must have an adult in same unit.
​
This is a non smoking/non vaping house. Any smoking in the home will result in charges equal to 100% of the stay.
​
Any damage in the home will result in additional charges
​
Any unlawful use or abuse of WiFi is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
​
Liability release form required to be signed upon checkin. Not responsible for lost or stolen items.
​
50% deposit of the total booking is required to confirm reservation within 7 days of booking. Remainder is due prior to or upon checkin. State and local taxes of 12% is included in your total. At this time we are accepting checks and cash only. If booking is less than 10 days from stay date, do not mail a deposit, 100% cash will be required upon checkin.
​
A 30 day notice to cancel or change a reservation is required to receive a full deposit refund. The reservation deposit is non refundable if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to reservation.
​
The Stone Home on N. Second St. can be booked for a 1 night stay.

Off street parking is available next to The Stone Home
​
The Stone Home on N 2nd St is fully stocked with plenty of linens/towels. Please bring your favorite shampoo/conditioner/soaps.
